Uses and comercialization

Pulp eaten fresh or in juice, ice creams, jellies, nectars and marmalades. It has an exquisite fragance which would make it very useful for creating perfumes. Fresh or frozen pulp is used in agronomical industries for several aims.
It is recommended to refine the pulp so finished products have an uniform texture, it should be pausterized at 80°C for six minutes and frozen at less than 20°C in order to keep a steady product for longer than two months without experimenting any changes of its organoleptic characteristics, except for the hidrolisis of the peptic chains which makes the pulp more fluid.
Given the high percentage of pulp (70%), it can be used mixed with other fruits.
