BioPlaza was founded in 2002 by Alexander von Loebell, as a BIO company which is active in the agricultural production of an organic / biodynamic farm near Bogotá. Sensing the huge potential for the development of an organic and alternative activity in the country, the company continued with the production, marketing and sales of vegetables, medicinal plants and dairy products. Subsequently, he opens the first BIO shop with an attached restaurant, which has led to other activities projecting the company as the most important BIO Center in Colombia.
